unable to use Lightroom classic

I purchased the "photography plan" but am only able to access Lightroom CC.  Creative Cloud shows I have paid for it but unable to use Classic or Photoshop.  Any tips?

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps. Check each one.
