Question

Unable to use my InDesign subscription

I bought an InDesign subscription yesterday, but I'm unable to use it. The Creative Cloud Desktop shows InDesign as not owned, but when I click buy, I get an error message telling me that I already own InDesign. The plan shows up in my account (account.adobe.com), but not in Creative Cloud.

Yesterday (Oct 20) the whole Internet was broken due to the massive AWS outage.

Hi @Brave_kindness9206 ,

We are sorry for the trouble. Could you try the steps listed in this article? https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

Let us know if it helps.

ONLY IF YOUR ACCOUNT SHOWS A SUBSCRIPTION WITH NO PAYMENT PROBLEMS AND THE PREVIOUS LINK FAILS, proceed to these steps -

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

and if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

additionally, below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
