Unable to use subscription features [Acrobat Premium mobile app]

I'm unable to utilize my subscription features. I've backed up my data, I've logged in and logged out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still I am unable to use the $69.99/year subscription. Please see the errors I receive every time I use the app and/or website.

i'm not sure that's an adobe product.  i don't see anything to indicate that it is, and i see a few things that indicate it is not an adobe product.

 

check your account to see if you have an adobe subscription, and if so, to what are you subscribed, https://accounts.adobe.com
