Unable to validate serial number notice when I attempt to reinstall CS6 Master suite. Redirected to support where they refuse to help

Why?  I have a valid product serial number.  The suite is already installed on my computer with the serial number.  I'm simply reinstalling with the hope that audition will quit crashing every time I try to use it.  Support refuses to help.
