Okay, so after the problems with trackpads on Yosemite, I decided to upgrade my Photoshop Elements... purchased, I have a valid order number (AD002567702UK), and a serial number, but get a validation errors.

I have wasted two hours trying to get this to work, when I try to contact support I get 'please restart your browser'

I'm open yo suggestions, or better still can someone in Adobe please advise?

Just checked your second email add ( I had to remove the email address mentioned in your post) and that has the older version. Please enter the pre version serial number when prompted and that should resolve the query for you.

    Hi Bob The Brit,

I believe the reason why you are getting the validation error is because you have purchased an upgrade license and on the other hand I am not able to find an upgrade license under your account. Best bet is to contact our support and they should be able to get the best option for you.
