unable toinstall for error

I am unable to install imdesign for thefollowing error.

OS doesnot meet the minimum system  for this installer

(0) is the minimm required for installation.(Error code.21)

My system infornmation please help and guide me.

Which exact version of Windows 10 your have installed?

You need the following Windows versions.

Operating system
  • Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Windows 11 (64-bit)

Supported on Windows 10 versions  20H2, 21H1, 21H2, and Windows 11 version 21H2.

 

As far as I see you have the first Windows 10 version installed without any updates. Install the latest Windows updates to 21H1 and then try again.
