Unauthorised Billing

Adobe is pulling money from my account unauthorised for over a year. When I check my plans there are no plans under my account, but money is still being pulled from my account. I need assistance, how do I go about fixing this?

you'll need to contact adobe support. if they find an error on their end, they will refund your money.

 

if you have trouble accessing chat, a mobile phone (not using your home wifi) is usually successful when all else fails.
