Unexpected CC folders and files in mac os root directory

I've noticed the following folders and files in my root directory:

Adobe

) (folder)

Adobe (folder)

Adobe Application Manager (folder)

AdobeGCClient (folder)

CreativeCloud (folder)

PDApp.log

PDApp.log.0.gz

PDApp.log.1.gz

PDApp.log.2.gz

PDApp.log.3.gz

PDApp.log.4.gz

SLStore (folder)

Telemetry (folder)

Shouldn't these folders be in the ~/Library of /Library folder? These weren't moved here manually.

Everything is working ok, I'm just used to a clean root directory.

Anyone else with this issue?
