unexpected charged

I suscrided a year plan by mistake so I canceled it right after I did it. Like in 10 min. And it said it canceled succefully, also won’t cost anything because I canceled the plan in 14 days. but I just checked my bank accout and saw that It has been charged $28 every month for 3months. can i get my money back?
