Unexpected termination of the subscription

Hi,

today trying to access to Illustrator I was sent to the trial version. If I look at my adobe cloud apps they have the tryal option.
I have signed up for an active subscription.
On the adobe site there is no possibility to talk or chat to someone but tere are only pre-packaged answers that do not solve my problem.

Can someone help me?

my problem was an access with different email.
