Hi

I have been trying to proof my academic situation to abode. I bought adobe cc with academic plan. I bought from adobe website.  Then i found my order number here in the forum by staff because adobe didnt send me confirmation e-mail. After all i went to proof my academic situation. İ uploded student documents payments card etc. and adobe sent me mail back saying that my ordering number is wrong. How is possible? look this is my account page and i can clearly see my order number :

After adobe email i cant create any new case to upload student documents. Now what should i do?
