Uninstall an Adobe Master Collection after my computer failed

Hello, I bought an Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection CS5 in 2010. I get two licenses and I have installed it on my two mac devices: a mac book pro and a mac pro. A few days ago, my mac pro failed. I brought it to the Apple Store's Genius Bar but they couldn't repair it. It has failed before I could uninstall my creative suite (or any other software). I get a new mac and I want to recover my second license to instal it on my new mac. I have juste called the adobe help center and they said it is ok, but I have to ask my request here. Could you help me? Is it possible to uninstall one of my two license? How could I do? Thanks for your attention and your support. ChrysOrsat

Your first instinct was correct.  Their direction to you was not.  You need to contact Adobe Support and they can take care of freeing up any lost activations.  If you contact them thru chat they should not refuse you this service.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

Serial number and activation chat support (non-CC)
