I want to uninstall my creative suites lightroom 5 from my mac and then download and install a fresh copy. How do I do that?

Deleting Lightroom folder from Applications will remove Lightroom from your computer.

What I am attempting to do in this process is to uninstall my current version so that I can download and install a new version from CC with a clean database. The proce.ss you sent and followed brought in my old database.
