Uninstall first?

Upgrading from Acrobat Pro X to XI. Best practice is to uninstall first, then install new version, right???

yes.

just make sure you have your acrobat pro X serial handy, in addition, to XI's serial during installation of XI.

Michael, You can simply install it, Whilst, you are installing the Installer will prompt itself to unsinstall the older version.
