Uninstall Issues

I'm having a number of issues with adobe. The apps I have installed have suddenly disappeared from my Creative Cloud application so I had to reinstall them. After a few days they disappeared again and now my computer is telling me I have two Photoshop's and three Lightrooms on my computer. I tried to uninstall but nothing changes, the applications are still there. I've tried to uninstall the cloud, sign out and sign back in, change the languages and nothing works. Is there a fix for this to wipe the slate clean and start over? Or just kind of deal with it?
