Uninstall LR, LRC, PS, but each time Creative Cloud launches, how to uninstall?

Hi there,

 

I've installed the suites in new laptop, wanted to uninstall from old PC (Windows 10).

I clicked into "Apps & Features" in Win 10, and tried to click "Uninstall" on LRC or LR or Lightroom, after clicking, Creative Cloud Desktop launches and require an update.

 

Could you help to advise how I can uninstall all of the programs? I just wanted to remove them from my old PC, don't want an update...

 

Weird logic on programming design.

Do you have already uninstall the CC client?

    Tried to uninstall the creative cloud client in Windows APP & Programs, but got error.
