Uninstall ps and Lr on a laptop

I am going to sell my laptop on which I have my subscription on Lr an Ps installed. I need to uninstall them and then install them on my coming Pc instead. How do I do that?

First uninstall all apps and the creative cloud desktop client on your old laptop

Uninstall or remove Adobe Creative Cloud apps

In the next step you install the creative cloud desktop client on the new PC and then from this client the appropriate apps.

Download and install Creative Cloud apps on a new computer (adobe.com)
