Uninstall/reinstall Apps

I accidently deleted all the adobe apps manualy by deleting the folders and now creative cloud cant reinstal them and it saysdownload error even with the cleaner all the other adobe files were deleted but now those of which i deleted the files please help me to unintal the apps and reintall them after
