uninstallation encountered errors

Will you help me figure out how to uninstall CS Suite and Master collection? It refused to leave!

Uninstall Failed - Troubleshooting tips

1. Restart your computer
2. Exit all applications.
3. Uninstall again

Tried EVERYTHING including having my company's tech support take over my computer, poured over the forums, etc. I wanted to uninstall old versions and replace with new, but the old ones are not leaving. The Cleaner Tool doesn't do much. When I search Adobe, I see everything still sitting in Common Files - so now I'm between "nothing is working" and "nothing new will install."  Right now, I feel like reimaging the whole dang computer is my only option and I don't have time for that. I have looked around enough forums to see that this seems to be a pretty common "unresolved" query. I do not have any trial versions downloaded here.
