Uninstalled but unable to install back

Hi, I had problems opening my CS5 files. So I decided to uninstall and install it back again. However when I've uninstalled and inserted the disc to install, I couldn't even find the setup.exe file and there was no way I could install anything bcause the files were all filled with "Read me"(s). What do I do? I need help as soon as possible, thanks!
