Uninstalled PSE11 on 2 iMac but still it says that its registered.

Hi,

I uninstalled Photoshop Elements 11 on both of my computers (iMac) but it still says that it is registered (I have the correct reg.nr) if I want to add it to my laptop. Can you help me out?

I want PSE 11 on my Macbook instead.

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

Hi John, thank for you quick reply. Where to I find this Activation Support team? Your link directs me to Support but only Help Centre, Community Formus, Enterprise Support, Download and Install and Covid stuff.... I do not see anything on this Activation Suport Team... whom I have to stalk apparently. Thanks again for your help. KR Maud
