I deleted Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere, Audition, but Media Encoder still is in my computer. It isn't listed in program's list and I can't uninstall it. Is there any way to remove it from my computer ?

Media Encoder does not have its own uninstaller; it can only be uninstalled by the "parent" app that installed it originally.  Here's a list of parent apps that install AME:

    - Premiere

    - After Effects

    - InDesign

    - Flash

    - Prelude

If you have more than one of the above apps installed on your machine you'll need to uninstall all of them before AME will be removed.  FYI, this will be changing in the near future when AME gets its own installer.

did you properly uninstall your other adobe programs using the uninstaller?

if not, reinstall and properly uninstall using the uninstaller.
