Alessio5ED2, what type of membership did you pay for? There is no membership associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

 

In addition to the suggestions offered by Kglad, please be aware that the computer will need access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html to use an individual membership.

to completely clean your computer of cc files:


uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
