Uninstalling Adobe Creative Cloud

If I remove Adobe creative cloud application through Creative Cloud removal tool, will I be able to update my adobe products in future or not????? Adobe Creative cloud app is making my laptop too slow and eating almost all the resources....

Here you can download the CC apps manually -> Download Creative Cloud apps

However, it always takes a while for the latest versions to be made available.

I'll recommend the update with the CC desktop app.
