Question

Uninstalling Adobe products, acrobat 8.0 especially.

I am really frustrated with the Adobe products right now.  I have a brand new tablet coming and wanted to upgrade to CS4 so I could use it to the fullest - so I tried downloading it to try it out and see how I liked it first.  It worked fine, but somehow messed up my pre-existing CS3 and was giving it problems.  I figured the easiest way to fix this all would be to just start from scratch...uninstall it all and then just re-install what I wanted.  Not so much.

The CS4 is gone and I removed my old Photoshop 7 with no problems, but I am having problems with Acrobat 8.0 and CS3.  Neither of them show up on my control panel for an uninstall and I've tried the 'clean-up' program that is supposed to help remove CS3.  It does nothing.  I've also tried removing it manually...all of my Adobe at this point but keep running into problems.  I fixed the problem with acrotray.exe and a few other small issues with the help of google but am stuck at contextmenu.dll and am just TIRED at this point.  I just want to remove every trace of Adobe products from my computer and start over...how can I do this?

PLEASE help

Have you tried the Windows UnInstaller Repair Tool? If not, that would at least get rid of some installer info that may allow you to reinstall. otehr than that I don't know what else to advise at this point, since you did not provide any system info or other details.
