Uninstalling and reinstalling on a different computer.

When I first received the Adobe Premium Suite CS4, I installed it onto a desktop computer. I tried to download the programs onto my laptop but all of them didn't download. Can I deactivate the program from the desktop and reactivate it properly onto my laptop?
