Question

Uninstalling my employer's Adobe Cloud but I have my own subscription

I was recently let go from my job. I had to use my own computer when I worked from home and have a copy of Adobe Cloud installed. I am the admin of the account. I purchased my own subscription to Photoshop yesterday. I went to uninstall Cloud but it won’t let me because it says I still have programs on my computer. I’ve uninstalled everything but the new Photoshop but it still won’t let me uninstall Cloud.

i’m not sure why you uninstalled anything.  normally, you would just sign out of your business account and sign into your personal account.

but if you want to uninstall everything:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)
