Uninstalling PSE

So I recently purchased a laptop, installed PSE 8 onto it, and then got the message saying I need to remove it from my old computer in 30 days. I didn't see an unistall option on my old computer, is there a specific way to remove the program on my old computer so that Adobe will recognize it's only where it's allowed to be? Thanks!

Check in the control panel , add and remove program ....there should be the program listed as Photoshop elements 8, select it and then click "uninstall"

but before doing so "deactivate" the program from editor ,  go to help>deactivate
