Question

Uninstalling shouldn't be this long

(I singed in from a different account) I have been using some of the programs a few years ago and I really liked the products. I have nothing but praise for their software but after some time, I just stopped using it. A few days ago I decided to clean my PC from inside the storage and one of the programs I wanted to uninstall was Adobe illustrator. I first went to try to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud but it said it cant because there was some other program from Adobe that needed it. I was like "ok then, lets uninstall the other ones first". But when I try to uninstall Illustrator it forces me to sign in. Why? I tried signing in but I couldn't remember the password, so I had to look into my email and my GOD this shouldn't be the process I have go through. I just want to instantly uninstall. I know this made me a lot mad than it should but I got time wasted.

Some more info would be nice. But, have you tried using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool? You can find it here.

Please state your OS and version, the version of the program you want to uninstall. What "some other program from Adobe" needs Illustrator?
