Unknown error code?

Hi! When I try to log into my creative cloud desktop app to download photoshop, it keeps giving me the following unknown error code: 2efc9cdb-10ad-403c-bc3b-44b521fc1e45

 

Does anyone know how to fix this and log in?

Why are You Signing Out of the CC Desktop App in the first place?

Im signing out to change accounts - I had a university one which is stuffed so I made another personal account with a photography package.

 

Now I can't seem to get into creative cloud at all!

Ash, did you use the e-mail address provided to you by the University to set up the Photography plan subscription?
