Hi, can anyone help me, my subscription 4 months ago went up from roughly £16.50 to £24.96 for no reason that I know of. I obviously am not happy with the change, so would appreciate any help.

You didn't tell us what kind of subscription you have, but if it happened at the anniversary of your contract, you are now simply charged the standard fee. Before you had probably a one year promotional price.
