Absolutely inadequate behavior of Adobe and support.

Yesterday  I wrote !the chat operator to cancel my automatic renewal of the annual subscription plan for photographers for a new period, which was due to start on July 29, 2018. As a result, the support operator simply took and canceled my subscription from July 24. When I found this, another operator said that everything was right and you canceled the subscription. But I did not cancel the subscription, it was prepaid year subscription before the 28th and I wanted to use it before it date. As a result, all versions of Lightroom do not work for me. I can not synchronize edited photos in the mobile version. But Adobe has his own opinion on this score. I do not recommend to use Adobe any more. Adobe absolutely does not care about his clients. They are ready to return the money for half a month of subscription ($ 5), but not to let you use it as you paid it, because idiots in support do not know how to work ...They think that 5 dollars = 4 days of work of a professional photographer. That's all that can be said about how Adobe treats professionals.
