Unregister my CS6 License on Old Laptop to Re-register on same CS6 License on new M1 Chip Laptop

Hi, I followed the instructions on https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/student-teacher-serial-product-code.html and went to https://account.adobe.com/products to register my Licensed CS6 Education (Student) Edition on my account but it gives me "This serial number is already in use." error message.

I think it may be due to i have registered it on my previous Mac laptop that is already gives me the "Apple White Screen Death" where there's the Bootup Error - always hang there with the Apple Logo..

So here i am on a new Apple M1 Chip Laptop, but have the error message.

Please advice what can i do to re-install, re-register my CS6 on the M1 laptop?
