Unsubscribe link doesn't work

I have tried to "Unsubscribe" for days using the link in the (unasked for) Adobe emails I've been getting.  Yet each time, instead of getting a confirmation, I end up on a page that's clearly just some random Adobe page.  And sure enough, I'm still getting the (unasked for) emails again the next day.

Looking on the forum, I found a way that I can manage my preferences but that's not the same as have a CANSPAM-compliant Unsubscribe that actually works.  Is anyone at Adobe actually concerned about this?  I don't know why giving your customers a crummy experience is considered okay.

In any case, I hope someone will check this out, and realize that while it's fine to tell people how to unsubscribe once they've logged into their account, gone to their preferences, ticked boxes, etc., that's NOT the same thing as a working Unsubscribe right there in the email.  So please fix that asap.

Same here in 2023. It's not accident, I can't click on it either hard to belove they not notice it, but seems like noone is above Adobe 🙂 Very unethical approach and pushy because I never asked for newsletters, but can't unsubcribe. I just marked as spam, but really annoying.

i don't know why you haven't been able to unsubscribe, but routing to spam or some subfolder in spam works, too.

It's because the underlined 'unsubscribe' button is just a plain text and not a hyperlink, simple is that. That's why it's hard to believe Adobe employees never realised it for years. Despite it is many forums on this since 2014. But never mind it's just my privacy. Take care,

Do you "unsubscribe" from the (daily) e-mails from Adobe or do you want to cancel your creative cloud subscription?

I get, however, a nice unsubscribe screen, when clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the mail:

You can also go to your account, menu point Communication.
