Good morning, just wanted to make sure. I had a Photoshop trial period. I forgot I didn't unsubscribe and it took me $25 I canceled my subscription right away. It said I would get a refund, is that true?

Correct answer Kanikas

Hi,

You have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. A refund has already been processed from our end and you will get it in your account within 7-10 business days.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Here's how to cancel:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Here are the cancellation terms. An annual plan has a fee for early cancellation.

If you have further questions, you will need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly. There are three ways:

Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can send a tweet to @AdobeCare.

Find phone numbers for your area here:

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
