unwanted and broken Creative cloud

Hi! I'm really sorry that my english is bad, but it's not my native language. 

So I have Macbook Air and some time ago I installed Adobe Creative Cloud because I needed photoshop. I didn't use is for almost an year and a half, and I didn't update it in this time period. My ponit is that now I have broken and unwanted files that are taking space on my Macbook. I tired installing Adobre Creative Cloud again and uninstaliig in but nothing worked. 

Can I do something abou it? Do I need to hire some computer specialist or can I do something about it myself? 

Please I really need help with it.
