Unwanted cropping of phots in PSE 10 when printing

Whenever I print an image larger than 5x7 the program crops about 10% of the image.  I set the correct paper size and hit "custom" on the media size and put in correct measurements to fit paper size.  It always crops the image a bit in borderless mode.  Why?  I have tried everything I know.

    We can't know. We know nothing about your system, your printer and so on. This may simply be your printer driver scaling up the image to cover up the edges fir borderless printing because that's just how it works. Some printers allow to control this, but not all...

    I have an Epson R2880 printer and a Windows 7 64bit operating system.
