Up to date?

I recently updated to Monterey, and Photoshop has stopped working.  I understand I need to update Photoshop, but when I go to my Creative Cloud updates pane, it says Photoshop is up to date with no other updates available.  Does anyone know where I can go to update Photoshop?

What version does it say Photoshop is, exactly (like 29.8.7)?

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
