I uninstalled Flash Professional CS6, but the Adobe Application Manager still shows "Up to date" for Flash. How can I get the Adobe Application Manager to display "Install" for Flash Professional CS6 and Mobile Device Packaging?

Tood_at_lbi please see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1188223 where another User faced a similar difficulty.  The key is to make sure to run the uninstallers from the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder.

Todd_at_lbi to provide correct instructions on how to resolve your current difficulties it is necessary to first know which operating system are you using?  Also have you previously removed Flash Professional?   If so how exactly did you remove/uninstall Flash Professional CS6?

Yes, sir. I have/had installed Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium a while ago. I uninstalled Flash Professional CS6 by clicking on the "Uninstall Adobe Flash CS6" file in the "Applications/Adobe Flash CS6" folder.

Another weird issue/questions when you have a sec = Dreamweaver CS6 + Photoshop CS6 opened in 30 day trial mode. I was not connect to the internet. Do I have to be connected to the internet to open creative suite apps downloaded from creative cloud? Or is working off line a no go?
