Update button in AAM ist not visible

Installations with AAM (Version 6.2) are done, but Updates are not available because the button ist not visible.

the DLM_Native.log shows this error:

Do you have any other Adobe Creative applications installed besides those available in the Creative Cloud?  If so what Adobe software titles do you have installed?


The problem is solved. The first time I installed the AAM our proxy was enabled. When I tried to install an application I got an download error (-60). With a disabled proxy I could install all the applications, but updates don't work.

So updates work, I have to disable the proxy and then install the AAM.

What update specifically are you trying to apply?  Is it available on the product update page at http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/?  Finally since you are using Windows XP what service pack do you currently have installed?

We use Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600  Service Pack 3.

Products installed with AAM:

  • Adobe Photoshop Version: 13.0 (13.0 20120315.r.428 2012/03/15:21:00:00) x32
  • Adobe Acrobat XI Version: 11.0.0.379
  • Adobe Flash Professional CS6 Version 12.0.0.481
  • Adobe Illustrator CS6 Version 16.0.0
  • Adobe Indesign Version 8.0

If you launch the respective application, Photoshop for example, and select Help>Updates what happens?  ]

Also if you go to Properties on the PDApp.exe, located in C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core\PDApp.exe, what does it display for the version under the details tab?
