Update failed to download even though firewall is off

Hi,

I am trying to update several applications via Creative Cloud. However the updates fail, the error code given is 125 (Unable to reach Adobe servers). The computer is connected to the internet and the firewall is turned off. Any ideas why the update is failing?

Make also sure that you are using the TLS 1.2 protocol.
