Update Failure Error Code 108

When trying to update Creative Cloud Apps it works for most of them except Audition, After Effects and Media Encoder. I get an Error Code 108 claiming "other instances of creative cloud running" which is not the case.

What is the solution to this problem?

(I already checked all permissions)

In my case (MacOS), I just restart my laptop and it works.
