Update - how to start it manually

I use web and design premium CS. Some days ago, the automatic updater tool (down there in the pop up tray) showed that there were programs to be updated (little red A). I didn't have time to follow the suggestion then. Now my Acrobat does not open any more and I'd like to update, but the the little red A does not show up any more. How can I update all the programs at once?
