Hi,

This error appears when there are some background program running in the machine, the best option is to complete close the machines that all running process are closed. Restart the machine, it should work.

You can also kill all the process related to CC in task manager/activity monitor & then launch.

restart your computer, or check your task manager (win) or activity monitor (mac).
