Adobe Support Advisor & ApplicationManager6.2 both failed to figure out why updates couldn't be installed.

    I was trying to install a general Adobe update, which failed.  Following instructions led me to Support Advisor & Application Manger6.2.  I've never previously had a prob with simply clicking on the Adobe Update button; it always just installs in a few seconds or minutes.

    Did you receive any specific error messages?  What are you trying to install?  What operating system are you using?

    If the Adobe Support Advisor has failed to determine the error then it is likely you will need to review the installation logs yourself.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret your installation log files at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.
