Update needed. I can't install Adobe Premiere pro

I want to install Adobe Premiere Pro and I get this error on the website.

 

Features of my computer:
SO: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 64 Bits
RAM: 16GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHZ
Storage: SSD 500GB and HDD 1TB

Motherboard: Asus Motherboard AMD B550 ROG Strix B550-A Gaming

I already paid for the service.

What do I need to do? I wish there was also technical support to help me, please.

We're sorry for the trouble. Did you trt signing out and signing back in as suggested by @kglad ?

Also, could you check if there is any update pending for the OS you are using?

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

 

then, if you see your subscription, use the same id/password to sign out/sign in to the cc desktop app
