UPDATE NEEDED - To install Illustrator, you need to update the system.

I have a laptop with windows 11 pro education, made sure that have every requirement to install illustrator and, well, every other adobe program, but that error keeps popping up when I try to download them.

Hope someone can help me every hint will be appreciated!

Hi, so it's hard to explain what happened but basically adobe was download the files as .dmg even though i have a windows so the files didnt want to open so thats why it was giving me that error. But anyways its solved and thank you for the help!

update your cc desktop app

retry the install

if that fails, copy and paste here a screenshot (or two) showing your cc desktop version and the error message
