Update of win11 needed for Acrobat?

Hi i have a Lenovo Yoga AIO 7 27ARH7 - Type F0GS with Windows 11 Family ver 23H2 and when i try to install Adobe Acrobat i have this message

"Mise à jour du système d’exploitation requise pour Acrobat

Votre système d’exploitation ne prend en charge aucune version de l’application Acrobat dans Creative Cloud. Passez en revue la configuration requise et mettez à jour votre système d’exploitation. Vous pouvez aussi envoyer un lien pour installer l’application sur un autre appareil avec un système d’exploitation compatible."
But i am up to date

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
