Update Photoshop V13.0 fails

I can download all the updates except Photoshop V13,0.  When I start the update it jumps from zero to 50 it the increments to 51 and then fails it reports the error numer is 101

    Legacy Creative Suite is no longer supported or updated.  Use at your own risk.

     

    Error 101 often meant there wasn't enough available disk space.
