update vs install

I have Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC. 

I have been updating with the blue button next to the app in the creative cloud screen.  Now there are two new blue buttons (for both LR & PS) which say install.  I'm afraid to click on them since LR & PS are both already installed.  Is this normal or am I about to screw things up.  It is very important that these apps work every day.

On Windows this can happen if you install a new update, happened to me updating from 1803 to 1809, for me it was just a matter of clicking install and it only took a couple of seconds and I had no issues with the apps
